People and moving plant sharing space is one of the highest risks on any site. The test checks that you keep clear of machines, understand exclusion zones and reversing, and use the pedestrian routes provided.

What plant and vehicles covers in the HS&E test

  • Segregating pedestrians from vehicles and using marked walkways
  • Staying out of a machine's blind spots and never assuming the operator can see you
